What is the cost to rent a dumpster?
The cost of a roll off dumpster depends on several factors, which include the length of time you keep the dumpster, the size of the dumpster you select, the trucking time to and from our site to your jobsite and the weight of the debris being disposed of. How much notice do you need to deliver a dumpster?
We can deliver a roll off next business day if the order is received by no later than 1 PM on the previous business day. Orders received after 1 PM will be delivered in two business days.
How do I pay for the roll off rental?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. If you have an account setup with us we can invoice you monthly.
Can I throw anything and everything in the dumpster?
We do not haul any Hazardous waste, industrial waste, chemical products, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels and all liquids. Material must be level at the top of the container; nothing can be sticking out of the top.
Can the dumpster be placed on the street?
Some towns have ordinances against the placement of roll off dumpsters on the street. This is particularly the case in high traffic areas. Our Customer Service Representatives will be able to provide more details on such restrictions within your specific area.
Can the dumpster be placed on private property?
Yes, there are no municipal or county restrictions against the placement of any dumpster on private property. We do recommend placing the dumpsters on a hard surface which include concrete, asphalt, gravel or compacted dirt. We will not place any roll offs on soft surfaces such as mud or grass as they will sink and cause damage to both your property and our equipment.
Can I have a roll off delivered today?
Depending on our schedule, we may be able to accommodate a same day delivery. However, we cannot under any circumstance guarantee a same day delivery. Please call Customer Service for more details.
I need the dumpster delivered first thing in the morning, is that possible?
It is possible, but it will depend on availability on your delivery date. Please note, delivery slots fill up on a first come first serve basis and morning routes always fill up first. If you have a job that will begin early in the morning, we recommend to have the roll off placed the previous day.
I have one of your dumpsters and need another haul, what do I do?
Please call Customer Service at 800-877-4285 with your name and service address. We will service your container next business day so long as you call by 1 PM.
I am done with the dumpster what do I do?
Call us. We will remove it next business day as long as you let us know by 1 PM.
Do I need to be on site when you deliver the roll off?
No. However, we do need to know where you would like us to place the dumpster for you. So please be prepared to provide us with detailed placement instructions when you place your order.
